Address for 765 & 131

Hi, I need some clarification regarding where to send my 765 Supporting docs for E-filing and For AP (I-131).
1) For EAD renewal, I am sending docs to

California Service Center
P.O. Box 10765
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0765

Do we need to write ...
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
US Citizenship and Immigration Services
also in from address??

2) For AP filing, what is the P.O.BOX or what is the complete address to mail the documents to? I couldnt find it online.
Any help in this regard is appreciated.
