Additional evidence on EAD???

Hey guys, I was check my case status on the USCIS website and it shows the following status -

Receipt Number: EACXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On July 29, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.


Has anyone come across this situation??? If yes, please let me know how serious this might be.

FYI, check the EAd tracker in I-485 issues, thats the right place for it, yes several have received RFE's, u r just posting on the wrong thread.

EAD is assiciated with ur I-485 not I-140.
