Is anybody here AC21 got approved even he has some time gap between job 1 and job 2?
The reason i ask this question is that, somebody says not grace period for employer based GC process, once you got laid off with your current company, then you case is finished, others says it is not true. I did not see anywhere in USCIS there is a document to address this issue.
Hope somebody in this forum can give me a clear answer with live example support.
