My 140 was appoved and 485 pending for more than 9 months when I left the company and joined another one in July 2004 as an hourly employee. I did not file my AC21 yet. Is that a problem. Is there a time limit for filing this. Do we need to sought the help of an attorney or can we do iot by ourselves. The employment is there as long as the project is there but the employer said he can provide me with a letter with out the end date. Any help is appreciated.
