AC-21 - Change of multiple employers

What happens if a person files an AC-21 and changed the employer? Say after 3 months, there is a need to change another employer for various reasons. Can the person file another AC-21 to change the employer again?

Are there any restrictions to file AC-21?

Can the person file another AC-21 to change the employer again?
-----yes, you can but only if I-140 approved and I-1485 pending for more than 180 days.
Are there any restrictions to file AC-21?
----- As long as the new job offered similar kind of job with same/similar duties/responsibilities.
