Absentia order waived

Hi,

My absentia order of removal has just been rescinded 1 month ago. How soon can i apply for B1/B2 Visa again as they revoke it last time i went to US and told me i have 10 year ban.

How much did you overstay in the US? It might take some time perhaps to update in different systems. Might be worth it to get an attorney's advice too...
