About RFE ??

How long it will take to update the Status in INS after replying the query ???? Mine was replied last week but still it is not updated in online ???
 
Hi,

I replied on 04/20. With the tracking number I was able to track that it reached them on 04/22 at 1:00 PM. They updated the status online on 04/23 evening. Hope this helps
 
Same here. My RFE was sent last Tuesday (04/27) and the status is still not updated. I'm wondering what NSC is doing. It's not normal.

Just saw the status updated. NSC received my RFE yesterday.

I guess you have applied from Chicago. I would like to know....whats your 1_485/I-140 Notice Date? Because mine is on 2003 May 1st. I was reading sometime back about RFE you got. Just curious to know. Looks like you are a lucky guy !!! Wish you all the best !!! I need someone to take reference. Hope you will reply.

My I-485/I-140 reciept date is 03/18/2003. I applied from IL/EB3
don't know if I am lucky yet.... :)
 
Still not updated ???

Almost it is 6-7 days, my lawyer replied my I485 RFE but still not updated in online ???

I am really wondering what is happening ??
