I have a question about the dates shown on the montly visa bulletin.
Do those dates correspond to the date the aplication was filed with USCIS?. Or are those the dates the NVC received the aproved application from the USCIS?.
I ask because when people calculate the time it takes to get a family based green card. They would also have to consider adding the processing time of the USCIS. Which can take years in itself.
