About 140 category - Sec 203 (b)(2)

How do I know more about each category and requirement of each category.
My 140 receipt under category section says :-
“Mem of Professional w/adv degree or of exception ability
Sec 203 (b)(2)”
I want to know the requirements for it.



Can somebody please let me know where to find more details about that Sec 203 (b)(2).
