Abbreviations - Help to understand 485 Language

Guys,

Couple of days back I was done with PBEC and waiting to have I-140 filed next week. Starting to understand 485 terms generally used in Immigration world and/or on these forums.

So far I could understand some terms and not understand some others. The terms, which I belive I have understood , might not have understood correctly. To clear my mind and to give clarity to others I am just opening this thread. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

AP - Advanced Parole
EAD - Employment Authorization Document
RFE - Request For Evidence
PD - Priority Date
RD - Receipt Date
ND - Notice Date
AD - Approval Date
LUD - Last Update Date (Where to see this last update? Is there any USCIS offered
on line link?)
FP - Finger Printing
InfoPass - Online appointment to enable you to go to the Local District office for having the update on your case in person.
Card Ordered - What is this? Please help to understand.
NC - Name Check
Biometric (CODE 3) - What is this? Is there any difference between term
Finger Printing and Biometrics? How many codes are
there in Biometric and what are they? Please help to
understand

physical green card production is ordered by uscis

There are 3 (I think) codes for biometpics.
One is ten prints, other one is one print and digital photo, and the third one I'm not sure but it seems to me that it is a combination of the first two.
 
Which PD do I have to consider???

Could you please let me know which PD do I have to consider?????

PD is when DOL receives LC
OR
PD on the approval I140

I applied in EB3, india.

Consider for what?

Your PD for immigration visa number availability is when DOL receives LC.
