With the press coverage this issue has gotten, there is a good chance that this lawsuit will be a success. If you can send flowers to USCIS then you can definitely contribute to this lawsuit. It only makes sense.
I know there are certain mischieveous elements in this forum who are opposed to this lawsuit for the fear of I-485s being canceled. They are furthering their own personal agenda. I would call it nothing but paranoia ! My feeling is that if DOS/USCIS agree to settle this lawsuit and award EADs to the eligible I-485 applicants, THEY WILL NOT CANCEL any of the I-485s already approved.
Please do the right thing and support AILF's efforts to bring the DOS/USCIS to justice.
