If your case is approved, could you please mention if you have LUDs on I-140s or not.

I had an LUD a month after the I-140 was approved. Turned out to be nothing (actually they mailed the FP notice during that time).

Sri_know,
There was no LUC change on 140 for me. It's still showing as 2005 time stamp. My 485 was approved yesterday. Hope this helps.

My case (i-485) was approved Sep. 11.
I just looked an noticed LUD on my i140 (approved 05/30/06) on Sep. 30 2007.
 
I do not have LUD on 140, but had a LUD on AP.
I did hear many people got LUDs on 140 while 485 processed.

I just wanted to see if there was any pattern related to recent I-140 LUDs on most of the cases....And from my observation on your replies, LUDs on 140 has nothing to do with approvals.....
