Hi,
My online status says: It will take 570 to 600 days for us to process this kind case. The date is counted from priority date or from the date the receipt was issued? Any information would be appreciated.Thanks.
 
The 570-600 days message is just indicative (or in other words, bull &*%^) of the time taken by cases being approved now and not necessarily how much your cases would take.. For instance, they were saying 350-400 earlier this year.. It could be something entirely different by the time we actually receive the approvals..

I wouldn't put much thought into the accuracy of that estimate or its start date etc..

This is the time it will approximately take after they receive the application. However, it could be sooner and sometimes later than this time. At least that’s what the BCIS people told me when I called them.
