We are responding to a PERM audit, which will include a signed printout of the electronically filed 9089. The problem is that, due to an apparent glitch on DOL's end, the "print" version of our filed 9089 that is accessible on DOL's PERM website omits one (important) word at the end of Section H.14 (job requirements). The "view" version displays the complete (filed) entry in that section, but our understanding is that the "print" version is the one we are supposed to include with the audit response, in part because it includes the employer attestation (which the "view" version does not). Has anyone run into this problem (of having to file a "print" version that's incomplete due to a DOL glitch)?
