I have stayed in US on L1A for 7 years. Now I'm back to my Country. I understand there is one year period where I cannot come to US on any Visa. Now the question is I was back to my country in Feb'07 and I have filed my
H1 in April'07 also. Once I get approval on h1 will it be valid and I can come back to US in Feb 08. Please advise.
