Hi,
My attorney received an RFE for my 7th year H1-B extension. My H1-B expires on June'2006. I joined my current company in Aug' 2003 and my H1-B/LCA was filed from Maryland. I moved to california last year and started working at a different client through the same company which filed my H1-B in 2003. I wasn't aware that a new LCA is needed when the location is changed even if I am with the same company and my company/attorney didn't advice me either. Now when my attorney filed for 7th year H1-B extension, she filed for LCA from california and this resulted in LCA inconsistency as the original LCA was filed from maryland. Any advice on this is truly appreciated.
Thanks
