7th year approved, Help needed..

Dear Friends

This is very high time and I have to take decision. I would like know your advise on this.

Recently my 7th year extension got approved based on pending I140. Approval chances of my I140 are very less since its denied once.

Now I got an offer in India. my question is If I take this offer and go back to India will my Green Card process contineus, we filed I485, AP and EAD with I140 morethan 6 months back.

If my I140 denies still my 7th H1 extension will be valid ?

If my I 140 get approves can I change the company to continue the process and leave the country ?

Please advise me.

Maybe for vacation - yes.

BTW- why was your 140 denied?

You mean I can join to new company to continue the process and leave for the vacation ? In that case can I go for GC Stamping in India ?

My I140 was denied because of educational descripency.
