6 Weeks Job Hunt Gap between EAD Job#3 & Job#4

Is this ok? Am just searching better offer amongst couple. Don't want to rush into a crappy deal.

Will this effect AOS adjudication in any way?

Mine EB3 is retrogated to Infinity , so no AOS adjudication going to happen near future.

Yep, this should be perfectly fine...

the only trouble could be if you get an RFE for Employment Verification Letter....but, then you get abour 3 months to reply to the RFE (as per old USCIS response timelines)....that one can responed to with an updated Job Offer Letter - based on your employer at that time. Since, you are retrogressed, chances are slim that they will issue an RFE

Techicallly you do not have to be employed after you file AOS, you only need confirmed offer for ''future job" to get your GC.
