485 Transfered to Newark

Hi,

My 485 application was transfered to Newark, nj on Dec 7 2004. My receipt notice date of 485 is March 21 2003 and the priority date on I-140 is March 25 2002.

I dont know what will happen to my case because of change in priority date?

I have taken one appointment (tomorrow) with immigration officer at Newark.

I will update it later.

please help me with your valuble information.

Can you tell me if you had received the notice(on paper) from vermont that your case is transferred or is it just with your online message that you knew that your case has been transferred.

How did you take the appt at Newark, Can you let me know that.

My case was transferred to Newark on 10th Dec.

Let me know and we can probably work it out.
 
Transferred to Newark

My 485 (VSC) got transferred to local office, Newark on 11/10/2004, but i did not get any letter from VSC. How do i check the status of Finger Prints, given on 10/28/04? how do i check LUD changes in my case. Pl. reply

Hi Subran,
My I485 was also transfered to Newark, NJ on Dec 30th 2004. It would be great if we can update our cases as when we get anything from them. Can you please let us know what happened at your appt.
