Hi Guys,
I have a substitue labor and it shows a priority date of Jan 2001, my 140 was approved on Oct 2003, 485 reciept date was July 10th 2003. I switched jobs in June 2004, filed my AC1 in Dec 2004. Based on the processing dates on the USCIS website, the dates have past my dates and the status on my cases has not changed. My 1st FP was done in Nov 2004. I am not sure If I need to do anything at this point. I am still in good terms with the attorney of the previous company. Since I have filed the AC21 already, would I be able to persue this thru the old attorney or should I find some one else or just wait till I hear something for USCIS. I apprecitate the help/suggestion.
