My friend is in similar situation and his A# is printed on his wife\'s EAD card. (i.e wrong A# no. on the EAD )

How to correct that
(1) Does he have to mail them back ?
(2) Does he have to go to local INS office?
(3) Does he have to repay the fee for processing ?
(4) Does INS process this case - as an exception or it goes back to the one queue?

Don\'t worry man. Just send the card back with a letter, they will send you the corrected one immediately. I had this problem, I sent a letter with the Card, they sent me corrected me immediately.

Hi

With respect to the wrong A# printed on the EAD card, I had my attorney contact the VSC. The IIO at VSC acknowledged their mistake and informed that they would send a new card with the correct A#. We got the replacement card in four weeks time.
