485 - Delays due to 245(i)

Just recently it seemed that NSC was picking up steam in approving 485 cases. However, I think that the current focus on the 245(i) issue/cases has started causing delays in the 485 approvals.

I think the INS, if they\'re smart and fair, won\'t process those 245(i) I485s ahead of those in other categories. They should keep on processing those who have been waiting for centuries. But then again, we\'re talking about INS, the Agency from Hell. I hate them!!
