FP notice rcvd: Jan 23, only one day before the scheduled date.
1st FP: Jan 24, rejected by FBI due to poor quality,
                lawyer didn\'t receive the courtesy copy,
                went to local INS and got another FP notice on Feb 1st.
2nd FP: Feb 01, FBI said "cleared and sent back to INS on the same day"
485 AD: Feb 21 (per AVM)
