Hi Everyone - Just want to share that finally our 485 was approved today -9/6. Got an email saying card ordered for primay and dep.

PD: EB3, Dec-2003
RD: Dec-2004
Stuck in name check.
Called TSC sometime in 7/2007 for status.
Name check cleared sometime in 8/2007 (from Infopass)
Assinged to an officer on 8/30(from Infopass)
FP for primary last week
LUD: never got any except 8/29/07, 8/31/07 for primary

Called TSC yesterday, spoke to a nice guy. He checked our cases in his computer for ever - literally took 5-7 mins without any dialogue. It was that horrible silence and I was counting seconds. Finally, he said, everything is cleared and asked us to wait for 4-6 weeks. Asked him if everything is clear, why isn't our cases get approved- he checked again and said, Visa is not allocated. I asked, our dates became current, why they didn't allocate the the Visa. He said, the case is with the officer and something will happen in October. Asked him, if there is any way to expedite. He said, wait for few weeks. I thanked and hanged up. Today,we got the emails.

Good luck to everyone who is waiting.

Thanks.
