Per AVM case has been approved and mailed out on 8/23.
I am not on the list.

Congrats!! Is that ND 4/01 - If yes, great to hear second ND 4/01 Approval.

What about ND 5/01 (few I believe) - they are not getting even their FP notices!!!

Mine is ND 6/01 - I can\'t wait to see our turn for FP and Approvals.
 
Are you guys sure that the EB2, EB3 makes no difference....

............at the adjudication phase?? It seems that there are an awful lot more EB2\'s being approved than EB3\'s. I have read that it makes no difference. I just want to find out if thats true.
