485 Approved (Sep 2003 EB2)

Following is the post I just posted on I-485 board, I know there are a lot of frustrating September 2003 filers on this board who had been waiting the 140 approval for more than one year, just want to spread the good news and encouragement to these filers (I am among you).

I finally got the magic approval email yesterday telling me that my case was approved on Feb 23rd 2005 with no REF. I am pretty happy and wish all of you have a faster approval.

Wonder with your EB2 category why the gap of 2 months between 140 & 485, was there any RFE ?

can you please tell me which service center you applied your gc and which state the labor approved from..........

you really are a lucky man.............it took only 2 years for everything...wow...

First, there is no Rfes about my I-140 or I-485. They are all approved without issue any notes. My labor is approved from Minnesota and the service center is from Nebraska (I posted under Nebraska service center right?) After waiting for I-140 to be approved for more than one year (Concurrent Sep 203 EB2) I saw an accelerated trend to approve I140 and I485. Good luck to all others who are waiting their approval notice patiently. It will be your turn very soon.

Labor PD Feb , 2003 - Approved Juky 2003
140/485 Concurrent - RD 9/25/2003
140 Approved April 2004,
RFE on 485 on Feb,15 2005
 
From reading other post, I felt like EB2 takes much longer than EB3s. Does anyone know why?

disagree. mine is EB3 and still waiting... it all depends on pure luck.
