2nd RFE email for primary, but spouse got card in production email

It is very wierd.

NSC asked RFE for both mine and my wife's I-485, and we responded in Nov.
Today, I got an email saying that they send RFE for my case. Several hours later, I got another email saying that "card in production" for my wife's case. Since I am the primary applicant, it would be very wierd that they approve my wife's case and asking for 2nd RFE for my case.

Does anyone know what is happening in NSC? Is it possible that they have system error and send out wrong emails?
 
EB1b I-140/I-485 04/05
I-140 approved in Aug 2005
numerous LUD since then
I-485 RFE in Nov. 2007 and replied in Dec. 2007
Got the new case status email mentioned above.

Does anyone know what is happening?

could be your paystub or EVL....
what kind of RFE did you get first time.!

First RFE:

Primary: employment letter
spouse: marrige

The wierd thing is my wife got the "card production" email, but I got the RFE email. I am the primary applicant.
 
Just got another 2 emails from CRIS:

for primary: Card production ordered
for wife: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

Maybe the last email for RFE for primary is just a system error.

Let's wait and see what I will get in mail!
