Many people already did received the 2NL. Are you doing AOS or CP? Exactly when did you sent your 1NL? You can call KCC to know more about if your forms have been processed.
I am not doing AOS.... I am a DV-2011 selectee. I'm not sure that anyone has received their 2nd NL yet. KCC have confirmed by email that they have received my 1st NL documents and are being processed. I sent my 1st NL Mid June. Im hopeful of hearing very shortly when my interview is.
