2nd NL with no list of panel physicians

I'm doing CP in Frankfurt, Germany in February. Received my 2nd NL with no list of panel physicians. On the US consular website is a long list with physicians all over Germany. But to my knowledge there are only six panel physicians (in Germany) whose medical examination is valid with the immigration visa processing. Does anyone know the list of the panel phsycians for Germany or how I can get it? I'd like to get the medical exam in advance of the interview date.
