2nd FP question?

I had my first FP on 4/3/2002...(almost 16 months)...

I have not received any notice for the 2nd FP yet.

1. Should I do any thing to get 2nd FP notice?
2. When should I expect my notice?
3. Can I get approval with out 2nd FP?

As I have seen couple of threads with the same questions about 2nd fingerprinting so let me throw my opinion on this issue.

First of all I won't suggest anyone to contact NSC for the 2nd fingerprinting as I have seen some approvals in the past even though they had an expired fingerprints.

But in majority cases, NSC issue 2nd fingerprinting notice within 2 weeks to 3 months time frame after 15 months expiration has passed.

Follow up and write a inquiry letter otherwise you will not approved until you have done second FP? Talk to your lawyer and follow up.
