20,000 U.S. Master's Degree Holders' H-1B Filing from 03/08/2005 to be Centralized at the Vermont Service Center
The USCIS officials have confirmed our earlier report that the 20,000 additional H-1B cases for those with a master's degree from a U.S. higher learning institution will be filed with and processed by the Vermont Service Center. It is expected that the USCIS will release an announcement to this effect in the near future.

Wonder if it will again affect processing on 140 cases as it has always happened in past?
