2 questions about leaving US without physical GC at hand

I received the stamp in my passport last week but of course did not receive the physical GC yet.

Now, I have two questions as i will be leaving the US in two weeks:

1. Is there anything I need to consider when leaving the US without having the physical GC at hand (any forms to fill out or to apply for, etc)?

2. Do I still need to fill out an I-94 form when arriving back to the US, taking above information into consideration?

No, you can enter with the stamp, and no, you don't need an I-94 anymore; just a customs form.

I received my stamp last week Friday (8/21/09). I am scheduled to be in Brazil for a business trip for 10 days.

Will this be a problem?
