2 nd EAD and AP got approved

I got my second extension of my EAD and AP, but my I 140 is still pending.
Second EAD was applied in Feb 2004 by my company lawyer ( FLDB). The extension was for an year.

My application details are as follows

EB2 RIR
concurrent I - 140 and 485 ND May 20 2003
First EAD approved on July 6 2003
FP Mar 18 2004
Query on my I 140 - May 10, 2004

I have not heard about my I 140 :(
 
I am in the same boat. 2nd EAD/FP approved. EB2 RIR concurrent 140 an 485 ND May 2nd 2003. FP - Mar 16th 2003. Status Query on 140 on May 18th. Lawyer FDBL :)

How long did it take for you get the Finger Printing Notice? Are October cases on I140 currently running as what is stated in the processing times page??

MY dates are same as ridiculous as well as our lawyers :)
 
What is the service center?
If you are from VSC, then it may be that you will get concurrent adjudication. Check other threads on this board. Someone with similar profile got his 140 and 485 got approved within a space of 2 days.
