1st FP (Finger Print) Expiration - THREAD!

Guys ,

Mine:

FP Expiring : next month in July , 2003
1st FP: April 14, 2002

Our finger prints expired May1st, 2003. Still waiting for 2nd finger print notice

expired figer printing-(15months right?)

We did our first fingerprinting on 19th of March 2002.
So I guess it expired on 18 of June.
Thus far we have not received any notice requiring a 2nd fingerpriting.

My FP is expiring next month, I contacted my attorney if he can proactively query INS about 485 status or bring up to their attention that my 1st FP is expiring

here is the reply from ATTORNEY's Office

The BCIS Liaison with Ogletree Deakins Law Firm has been forwarded your email this morning regarding your question on your adjustment petitions. This morning our Liaison has spoken with California and has requested that you and your wife be issued print notices as soon as possible.

They will not reissue a print notice immediately due to the following:

1. California is not currently processing December 2001 cases and

2. Your prints are not yet expired

Her contact in California, however, has placed your adjustment petitions on her calendar to reschedule your prints mid July in an effort to have them valid again by the time California reaches your receipt date of December 5, 2001 (they are currently processing November 16, 2001 and earlier).


Our BCIS Liaison has also been advised that your wife’s corrected advance parole should be mailed no later than tomorrow. We hope this information is helpful to you.

mine expired on april 17.

mine expired on april 17. So far have not received second FP notice. Can one be requested ????????
 
Our FP was done on April 4th, 2002. So, I believe, it will expire on July 4th.

Expiring on July 23, 24

Both mine and my husband's first FPs are expiring in July, one on 7/23, one on 7/24.

i had fo last for the first time on April 18, 2002. i think FP is valid for 15 months, then it expires on July 18, 2003.
 
I did FP on Feb 7th, but my AVM says they rcvd on Mar 14th .. So I guess it expired on June 14th ..

Mine are expiring on July 25th (Though I havn't observed any changes to my fingers in the last 15 months).
