When does the 180 days start. Is it from the Receipt date or Notice date. With all this backlog at INS, the gap between RD and ND is ever widening. Should we suffer for something that INS is responsible.
Did anyone talk to good attorneys about this. My attorney(Fragomen) says that 180 days start from Receipt date. But he didn\'t sound too sure.
