Anybody pondered on the guidelines from the Department of State regarding the people with pending AOS for more than 180 days....

To me it looks like consular processing only. Given how slow INS is nowadays I really started to look into the details of CP. I am not decided yet ...

If it\'s AOS, why do most lawyers still say 180 days regulations have not been released yet?
