140 EB1 OR still waiting

Reply to RFE

Recieved an RFE , and replyed the center with in 6 days .


Should the online status check system say that BCIS has recieved the details ?
Or does it stay same till the rfe period is done ?

And how long in general that RFE cases take time ...?

Please help !!! .

my EB-11 is still pending

Hi,

My EB-11 is still pending at CSC with RD: 12/13/02. One RFE in 02/28/03 and I sent in the reply on 05/21/03. I did not hear back from CSC after that - even the processing time chart at CSC showed it has processed to 01/09/03.

Yes, you will see the online case status shows: "We received your reply on blah blah day. It takes us 158 to 60 days to process such case and blah blah blah...."

I never understand why it is 158 to 60 days but not 60 to 158 days.... I guess they are trying to be cute.
