140 and 485 approved on Dec 28th

Hello everyone,

I have finally got a chance to taste freedom.

My 485 and 140 were both approved on Dec 28th without any RFE. The journey has been very tedious and painful. However, so many EXCELLENT people here on this forum have offered their experiences and great help. It is truely an honor to know you all.

Good luck to everyone who has to go through this.


Here is my details:
Labor submitted in Sep 2001.
remanded to state in 2003,
Approved in January 2004.

140 and 485 were concurrently filed on March 15th, 2004.
RD is March 19th 2004
LUD for 485 changed only once on 10/27
finally it was updated on 12/29, saying the cases have been approved.

congrats iamanxious ! I have the exact same timelines like yours with my I-140/I-485 concurrently filed on 03/16 and ND 03/19. I also got my I-140 approval on dec 28th but no updates yet on I-485. Mine is EB2 . Is your EB2 or EB3?
