n400 based on marriage

I have 10 year green card and I am qualified to file for N-400 citizenship under 5 year rule but my divorce case is pending in court. Can i apply for N-400 while my divorce case is still pending in court. What should i choose in N-400 form as divorced or separated ?

Hello! Quick question - If you are filing based on marriage, do you need to write 5 years of employment/living/travel on the form, or do you just do the three years? Form says 5 years, but that doesn’t really make sense for people applying based on 3 years marriage… Thank you for any help!!
