Appeal for the I-140 denial, can I apply for H1 renewal?
My I-140 was denied and now I file for the appeal. I got the receipt from USCIS. With this receipt, can I consider my I-140 is pending and file for my H1 renewal (8th year)? MTR vs appeal
Hi, My I-140 was denied because of the "ability to pay". From the letter they sent to my attorney, I have 30 days to appeal. I read from the website that MTR (re-open) has better chance than appeal.
