i just got passport stamp may 9 2005, still noT RECEIVE plastic card!! i have applied for student loan thru fapsa yesterday, today i check the status it says DHS ON HOLD - SECONDARY CONFIRMATION... ARE THEY CHECKING MY ELIGIBILITY??? ANYBODY IN THE SAME SITUATION?

U Don't Need Pp Stamping If Ur Done With Biometrics.. My Daughter Got Her Card W/o Pp Stamping, She Did Biometrics And She Also Got The Same Message On Her Approval Notice " Card Faciility ...120 Days...." Here Are The Meaning Of The Codes... Code 1 -----fingerprinting All Ten Of Them...

we got our passport stamp on 5/9/5 still waiting for card... my question is , the officer did not get the I-94, I EVEN OFFER IT TO HER AND SHE SAID SHE DON'T NEED IT!!!! ANYBODY W/ THE SAME EXPERIENCE.... PLS REPLY!!!

U Dont Need To Do Passport Stamping If U Have Ur Cards!! Yes U Go To Ss Office To Apply For Ss Cards!! But Wait A Few Weeks (2 Weeks ) To Let Uscis Update The Ss Database!! Coz Me And My Wife Went There This Morning They Said The Same Thing, Were Still Showing Up As A H1b On Their Database...

i got my receipt a week after i filed at csc i-140/485.

visa gc 04 me & spouse did FP last aug 2004, kid did biometric last month, so we still need to go for passport stamping, but not our kid. our lud change rfe 3/31, 4/5, 4/6, AD: 4/22

looking for gc yes i called emergency# last week, nice lady answered, said fbi check complete! hope u get approval too!! GOD LUCK!!

tobi & lorven i received the same 485 rfe and CSC RECEIVED IT ON 3/31/05 AND 18 DAYS AFTER I'M STILL WAITING FOR APPROVAL.... WHEN DID CSC RECEIVE UR RFE! WHEN DID UR CASE GOT APPROVED!! THANKS!!!

webman, i've experience the same thing, i filed our i-485 w/o medical, so we receive a rfe for medical!! i don't suggest sending the medical without the rfe, it might be misplaced, i'll wait till they sent u rfe, that way u can make sure it will be with ur file!! just my 2 cents..... ;)

csc concurrent filer 7/1/4 i-140 AD: 3/15/05 I-485 LUD 10/27,3/18(RFE ISSUED), 3/31(RESPONSE RECEIVED),4/1,4/4,4/5 THEN NOTHING.. CALLED CSC EMERGENCY# TODAY , NAME CHECK IS CLEARED AND FILE IS W/ ADJUDICATING OFFICER... HOPE TO GET APPROVAL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOONN :)
