I saw your previous post.The difference is that I got my card as well as the online message changed but it never happened with my husband's case. It still says "On July 23 we received you case........" . Only the message is changing at the Local Nebraska service according to the officer...

Ok update is that I received my card but did not recieve for my husband. We have applied again for his EAD. Any suggestions are appreciated

Thanks for the respond. We called the customer service and they informed that my husband's case has been approved as well and it will be updated online soon but so far no LUD or change of message. So we are keeping are fingers crossed

My I-131 got approved last night ..thanks for all the help .. I just faxed a personal letter stating my mom's condition ,a hospital letter and receipts for my I-131 ,faxed on 27th and got the answer on 3rd .You can calculate the total time excluding holidays and weekends .Afterall USCIS is not...

There is an LUD on my I-131 just today and faxed the request yesterday .I think they did get the fax

I faxed the request 3 days ago ,faxed again today as christmas holidays came ,with hospital letter ,personal humanatarian letter and receipts of I-131 .Hope it helps

You may be right but I dont want my family to run after my immigration issues with other imp things going on anyways,thnaks for your concerned. Thanks for the information
