Thanks For F, that person had only one marriage. Still this needs to be filled out? Looks like this section is for person with more than one marriages. Also for F 2. Prior Spouses immigration status. It has to be marked Other. As that person never applied or came to USA.

Yes it was applied in July 07 and received on 8/1.

That is a good point. Will get it checked. But the law says applied on or after 7/30. It doesn't say anything about fees.

A friend of mine applied in July 07 but his EAD application shows a RD of 8/1/07. Notice date in October 07. Does he need to pay fees for EAD renewal this year? There was law that took effect on July 30 2007 Thanks
