    My 485 is approved today (:) ) ,I lost hope as it is sep , and after hearing rumors about eb3 going back to may '01. I was checking mails for something and saw mail from CRIS, saying "Card Production Ordered". How long does it take to receive the card??????? This site has helped me a lot...

    my case is in Exams area..what is that mean???

    ZZZZZZ4ZZZZZ, I contacted my congressman last week , they told that my case is being reviewed by officer, don't know any more details.. I'm not even sure if they are telling that case is in exams area... will post if i have any further updates

    Spoke to TSC IO - 07/25

    Same thing with my case.. took infopass and talked to IO , she said everything is clear, Name check is done, no rfe , assigned to Exam Officer ... no Visa Numbers Available, wait till oct 07. May be this is new standard msg for USCIS Reps of Case Inquiry :D

    Let's track I-485 filed after June 01, 2007 We can track AD, ND, FP etc post 06/01/07

    I sent my wifes 284 app. on June1st to TSC, I did not received my receipt # in mail, but after calling couple of times, I got my receipt # (it was entered into the system on july 16th).They bascially asked firstname,lastname and DOB.

    called USCIS today and got Recipt #'s for my wife's 485 application, I sent on june1st , but they got entered into USCIS system on july 17th.

    how long to wait for receipts?

    Same with my Wife's case.... no receipt so far...Applied on June 1st to TSC, i know lot of people who applied in June 3rd week received even FP notices.. :(
