I believe you have to re-apply Labor certificate under PERM with bachelor + 10 years and then file that under EB2. I don't think you can use the current pre-approved labor.

Box 14 is where to determine the EB category. Lawyer filed mine under EB3. Bachelor + 2 years exp. I think to qualify for EB2, you must have bachelors + 5 years experience or Master + 0 exp. Of coz this must match the job requirements too. Hope this helps.
