Just like everything in this process, nothing can be predicted.
I have seen people reporting cases approved in a few days to a few
weeks after RFE response. Everything is cleared for you and I think
your case should be approved in next batch of their reviews, INHO.
I would contact USCIS if...
It strangely sounds similar to some "centralized" database they started to
build from around May 2005.
At that time, USCIS did not really announced about it officially, I think.
But I think the Oh Law firm breaking news reported about it.
People speculated CSC was the one who took up that...
I have got
1. "card production ordered" e-mail on 1st day
2. "approval notice mailed" e-mail on 3rd day
3. received approval notice on saturday on 5th day
4. received the plastic on 7th day
I have not received "card production completed" e-mail yet.
If you're worried give USCIS a call...
I have got the plastic card yesterday. It arrived within 4 business day
since I got "card production ordered" e-mail. I look like a criminal
on mug-shot like photo of the card (with figer prints and all that).
Good luck to you all.
It seems to be following order of messages changes thesedays:
1. Card production ordered
2. Approval notice mailed
3. Card production completed and mailed
I have got the same message(#1) as yours on 28th and LUD on 29th
without message changes.
Good luck,
fdfd
I don't think my RFE response date will help you predict your case, I'm afraid.
It was sometime in October, 2005 and my case was stuck in NC since
June, 2005. I have had "pending on security check" status until Oct 2005
and "RFE response" status since then.
In your case, your security...
I think my last status was something like "response to RFE received".
I have got LUD's on 10/30,10/31 on both approved 140 and 485.
Then I got those massive message changes without LUD's at around
November 18th.
Good luck.
It looks like my case might have been approved although I never had case status
contains "approval" in the text.
I have got 5 identical e-mails starts like this:
"Current Status: Card production ordered.
On November 28, 2006, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days...
Yep. They are practically lieing. USCIS says they do not have control
over it but now FBI is saying only USCIS can expidite it(via assigning
higher priority).
They keep this process in the dark because it's not First come
First served and if they open how they order their backlog
there...
qwerty1111, I can't believe they had your case stuck since July after
everything cleared. I think EB1UB is in similar situation.
It is shear arrogant ignorance. Frankly speaking, this whole immigration
process let me re-think about the fundamental moral bases of US.
In fact, the slowness...
AFAIK, the fastest time for 485 processing was 1 day.
Me? waiting for 1 year and 6 months and might have to
wait more than the time I have waited so far....
Congratulations, fellow EB-1 filer.
I think people who filed between April-Dec 2005 are somewhat unlucky.
CSC started to get slow from that time and transfer 485's to TSC.
Some tough luck but anyway nice to see some approvals these days...
I've got LUD's on both approved 140 and 485 for two days in a row
(10/30, 10/31).
I have sent a flaming e-mail to CSC couple of days ago.
I claimed both USCIS and FBI are lieing about NC.
(USCIS says they have "no control" and FBI says only USCIS
can expidite... bla bla). I wonder my...
