It is my decison ultimately, but your input would be most apreciated.

We filed I-485 in 2003 though my husband's employer. Had our interview in 2005, it went very well and then....nothing... :confused:Our case got stuck (extended review). I'm an EU citizen, so a year ago we decided to...
I'm in the same boat... Our priority date is current and our case is "on hold"/"extended review". We are actually ready to move to Europe (I am EU citizen). My spouse is a bit hesitant, especially when many of our aqaintances, friends urge us to wait a bit more. He talked toa person who works...
Does anyone have a good lawyer they could recommend?
We are really unhappy with our current lawyer. They always make mistakes when they fill out our paperwork, the moralle in their office is quite low and it is very difficult to get in touch with them if we have any questions. Also from what we...

I did talk the lawyer. He said that there's a bunch of cases that were transferred back to VSC and are pretty much on the shelves there. When I called the 1800 # in May, they sent an inquiry to VCS. After that I got a letter stating that "the case is under additional review" and if I don't hear...
Thank you!
Our LUD is 06/29/2004, but since then we got our interview in Providence(Nov 05) and per our lawyer our case got moved back to VSC (Jan 06). The message still says that our case was transferred to Boston for the interview on 06/29/2004.
I guess actual case got somehow...
We had our interview in Nov of 05 in Providence, Rhode Island (we live in Mass). Since our PD at that time was not current, so though the interview went well (according to the officer and our lawyer), we could not get approval on the spot. In March our case got transfered back to VSC for...
Our cases got transferred back to Vermont, too, pending "further investigation". Whe had our interview in Nov of '05 (Providence, rather than Boston, not sure why) and the case gor transferred back to VSC sometime in March, I guess. The lawyer said that most if not all of the cases of people...
Well, if they had any questions to about the case, they probably asked them during the interview. Now they are reviewing it again. What gives? Can't hey just prcess the case, rather than shuffling it around?
We had our interview in November of 2006 in Rhode Island (we live in Mass and they usually send people to Boston for interviews). The officer said that everything went great but he could not give us any answer until our priority date became current. Out PD became current in December, but we did...

"We are busy. We are processing the cases"
Our case got transferred to Boston 06/2004.
We had our interview 11/2005.
The interviever and the lawyer said everything looked good, but we could not get the approval on the spot, because they did not have visa numbers for us.
The numbers became available in December.
Our priority date is...
