When can you enter US on H1
Have a question about when can you enter the US. The start date on my cousin's I-797 is 10/01/2005, but his passport was stamped on 08/02/2005(issue date). Can he enter the US before the start date on the I-797 ?? Thanks !!- cacenter_victim

Employer maybe misleading re my CA I-140 App
