Not yet. We recieved reply from USCIS that my spouse FBI secuirty checks have cleared and it is in "No Visa Available" shelf. I am not sure when they will allocate visa for her? Priorty date:Dec 2001 I485:Notice date: May 2004 EB2,CSC Primary approved: March 15,2005

I didn't contact congressmen/senator and no idea when the name check was cleared. 485 approved on March 14th and received the card yesterday.

Same situation here too. My 485(primary) got approved on 3-14-06 and wife's still pending. No idea why?

Thanks. My attorny sent a mail to USCIS on March 1st and didn't get any reply yet. I don't know why my wife case is still pending but her EAD and AP approved yesterday.
