    In my oppinion, FOIPA requests to FBI are useless

    It is now clear, that name check process is exempt from FOIPA, as many people who are stuck have clear FOIPA. May be we should stop stealing time from ourselves, which we do by flooding the same RMD division with FOIPA requests, consuming their time? What do you think?

    Hi guys, I just read an interesting piece of info in NSC forum. It has been suggested by USCIS NSC service center rep over the telephone that they "nowadays tend to focus more on PD rather than ND" when adjudicating cases. Could id be the reason of random approval pattern we are seeing now?
